|  La Croix Valmer, leaned in a hill of "Les Maures", is a nice quiet seaside resort with a quality of life. It is situated in the entrance of the Peninsula of Saint Tropez. 
The village is situated in a protected environment, quiet in winter but pleasant to live; animated in the summer, la Croix Valmer is famous for the quality of its sea waters along seven natural beaches with in particular, the most famous Gigaro, Héraclée, Sylvabelle, le Debarquement...  The city possesses a vast part of protected natural park and so offers walks along the Cap Lardier end along the coast by way of Pardigon, close to the beach of le Debarquement with its vestiges of the Gallo-Roman fish farm up to the beaches of Gigaro which offer a very beautiful view on the Iles de Porquerolles and of the Port Cros.
